Easy Crock Pot Potato Soup

Ingredients
1 30 ounce bag frozen diced hashbrowns1 32 ounce box chicken broth1 can cream of chicken soup1 8 ounce package cream cheese (not fat free)3 ounces Hormel real bacon bits1 cup shredded cheddar cheesesalt and pepper to taste
Directions
add the potatoes, chicken broth, cream of chicken soup and half of the bacon bits to the crockpot
cook on low 7-8 hours (or until potatoes are tender)
an hour before serving, cut the cream cheese into small cubes and add to crockpot, stirring occasionally
serve when melted
top with cheddar cheese and additional bacon bits
