1 Pound Loaf French Bread, Diced, Stale1 Tablespoon Butter, unsalted, 1 tbsp 1 Tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil1 Cup Carrot, Diced1 Cup Celery, Diced2 Cups Red Onion, Diced 1 Tablespoon Garlic, Minced2 Cups Unsalted Chicken Stock3/4 teaspoon Fresh Rosemary, Finely Chopped5.5 ounces Silva Linguica, Sliced
Heat Butter and Olive oil over low. Add Linguica and cook for 5 minutes. Add carrots and allow to cook another 5 minutes, then add celery and onion, allow to cook for 5 more minutes. Add garlic, cook 2 minutes. Add bread and rosemary. Flip continuously until bread is thoroughly coated with oils. Pour chicken stock over bread and mix until it is evenly distributed. Allow to cook until hot all of the way through.
