Spaghetti Squash Casserole with Chipotle Turkey

Ingredients
1 whole spaghetti squash, baked (roughly 2.5 cups)1 cup fat free plain greek yogurtRoughly 1 cup chipotle salsa1 cup shredded sharp cheddar
Directions
Halve spaghetti squash and place in a glass dish in a preheated 375 degree oven; bake for roughly 45 minutes. While the spaghetti squash is cooking, brown ground turkey over medium heat and add 1 cup of salsa - continue to cook for a few minutes, until some of the liquid cooks off. When the squash is done, scrape it into a casserole dish. Top with greek yogurt, and spread the turkey/salsa mixture over that. Add the cheese and bake in the oven (at 350) for about 15 minutes, until cheese is melted.
