2 large Eggs1 scoop unflavored, unsweetened Protein Powder1/4 cup unflavored, unsweetened Almond milk1/4 cup diced tomato1/4 cup diced green pepper1/4 cup diced onion1/4 cup fresh spinach, ripped into bite sized pieces4 black olives, chopped1 tsp Olive Oil
In a bowl whisk together almond milk and protein powder, add eggs.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan and add onions and green peppers. When onions become translucent, add egg mixture, tomatoes, spinach, and olives. Salt and pepper to taste.
When eggs are cooked, remove from heat, plate, and eat.
