Grade A Extra Large White Eggs, 5 serving *Flour self raising, 50 gram(s) (*cadbury dark cooking chocolate, 150 gram(s) *Apricot Jam, 150 gram(s)*Chocolate, dark cooking, 300 gram(s) (*full fat cream per 100 ml, 5 gram(s)
melt chocoate (bain marie)
separate eggs
combine marg, sugar, chocolate, egg yolks
whisk egg whites
add flour and tsp of baking powder
fold in egg whites
prep round baking tin with marg and flour
pour in mix
bake for 1 hr on low
cool
cut in half
spread half of jar of apricot jam in middle
close
spread rest of jar of apricot jam over top and sides
melt next bar of chocolate and add splash of coffee (for taste) and splash of cream (for shine)
spread over cake
leave to harden (a bit)
