sprouted beans w/ sausage (turkey)

Ingredients
Sweet Italian Turkey Sausage, 3 linksCarrots, raw, 1 medium Onions, raw, .5 cup, choppedGarlic, 1 clove, minced1 tsp italian seasoningTruRoots Organic Sprouted Bean Trio, 1 cup dry4 Cups watercollards, frozen, chopped, 12 oz bag
Directions
remove casings from sausage
brown & chop up sausage (I used 10 inch skillet)
when sausage is mostly brown, add aromatics (garlic,onion, carrots & herbs) and saute until soft
add sprouted beans & water
reduce heat, cover & simmer 15ish minutes
add collards cover & simmer another 10ish minutes
