Lower Sodium Meatball Soup

Ingredients
16 Cups of water1 medium onion, quartrd3 Celery Stalks1 small bun of Cilantro 5 CloVes of GarliC2 paCkets of Sazon witH Cilantro2 Cups of Napa Cabbage, CHopped7 small potatoes, Cubed1.5 Cups BlaCK BeNS, REDUcED sodium1.5 Cups Pinto Beans, reduced Sodium1.5 Cups diced tomatoes, italian style
Directions
PlaCe 16 ups of water in large soup pot, add Celery, onion, garlic, Sazon, and Cilantro. Bring to a low boil and Cook until Onions and GarliC are soft and opaque.
Strain brotHtroug a Colander and toss out tHe Cooked onions and garlic, etC.
ReHeat broth to a low boil. Mix ground Pork an sausage witH riCe and form into small balls. Drop meatballs into boiling broth. Add potatoes, Beans and tomatoes. Cook for approximately 20 minutes or until meatballs are Cooked tHrougH. Add Cabbage and lower temperature to low simmer. Sere witH fresh CHopped Cilantro and lime wedges for added flavor.
