Squeek's 20 minute Chicken Taco's

Ingredients
Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted, 2 breast, bone and skin removed- cut into 1" cubes Green Chili Peppers, canned, .5 cup 1 med yellow onion, 1 serving Olive Oil, 1 1tspPaprika, 1 tsp Salt, 1 dash Cumin, 1 tspCilantro - Either Fresh or in paste formPepper, black, 1 dash El Pollo Loco, 4.5 corn tortilla, 10 serving
Directions
Add oil to heated pan, sauté 2/3rds of onion 30 seconds until brown
Add chicken, salt, pepper, spices. Cook 7-8 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. Add canned green chilies and cilantro. Stir in well. Cook an additional 3-4 minutes.

Heat Corn tortillas on separate pan or in microwave.

Add chicken mixture garnish with raw onion and extra cilantro.

Serving Size: Enough Chicken for at least 10 tacos
