1. Boil 200g lentils, salted water till soft.1. Olive oil - heat in pan2. Chop red onion - brown3. Chop 2 x red pepper - add - cover till soft4. Add together - 5 roughly chopped cloves garlic - 2 red chillis - finely chopped seeds in - V. large chunk ginger - finelly chopped5. Add sweet Potato - rough chopped 6. 2 flat tbsp hot quality curry powder7. add 2 x 1 inch cinnamon sticks8. Add water to lift from bottom of pan9. Add 10 x frozen cubes spinach10. 1 x tomato cut into wedges11. Add lentils12. Add chopped coriander
