Asian Pasta Salad

Ingredients
Pasta, cooked, 6 oz (Bow Tie or Lo Mein NoodlesBroccoli, fresh, 2 cup, chopped Carrots, raw, 1 cup, chopped Cilantro, raw, 4 tbsp Parsley, 1 tbsp DRESSING*Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 2 tbsp Oranges, 2 small (Juiced)Garlic, 1 tsp Ginger Root, 1 tsp Red Curry Paste*This was an experimental recipe, feel free to add vegetables or just use your favorite Asian Salad dressing.
Directions
Boil Pasta according to package.

Meanwhile:
Chop Vegetables and dump in salad bowl.
Juice oranges and whisk all ingredients together.

Drain Pasta and mix with vegetables and dressing.

Cool and Enjoy!
