Stuffed Taco Peppers

Ingredients
2 whole boneless skinless chicken breast cooked and cubed2 romaine tomatoes chopped 1 6 oz tomato sauce2 chicken bullion cubes1/2 packet of taco seasonings1 tsp onion powder1 tsp garlic powder1 tsp cracked pepper1 tsp chili powder4 whole green pepper cut n half1 cup brown whole wheat long grain rice cooked1 can black beans/ drained and rinsed2 Tbsp of shredded mild cheddar cheese per green pepper
Directions
Cook chicken breast in skillet, with seasonings (onion,chili,garlic, pepper) until no longer pink. While chicken is cooking boiled rice with the bullion cubes. Then add cooked rice to the cubed chicken. add 1/2 water, taco seasoning, chopped tomatoes, black beans. tomato sauce. simmer for 10 minutes. preheat oven at 400 add 1/2 cup chicken taco mix to halved green peppers, cook until tendered to your preference. add cheese about 10 minutes at the end
