Ranch Roasted Cauliflower

Ingredients
1 medium head of cauliflower, cut into florets1/2 cup plain, nonfat greek yogurt1/2 packet ranch flavored dip mix
Directions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Mix yogurt and dip mix together in a large bowl.
Toss cauliflower in yogurt mixture until evenly coated.
Spread cauliflower evenly onto a lightly greased cookie sheet.
Bake for about 1 hour until tender and edges of florets are nicely caramelized.
