2 lbs. of 93% lean ground beef1 can 14 oz. or 2 cups of tomato sauce1 can 15 oz. fat free refried beans3 tbsp. chili powder1 tbsp. cuminYou can substitute a Williams Chili Seasoning pack or one that just has the spices combined with no other hidden ingredients.
Brown the ground beef in a non stick pot. Add the beans, sauce and spices to the pot after the beef has browned completely. (If you would like you can substitute the spices for a packet of Williams Chili Seasoning mix). Stir until combined and let simmer for about 30 minutes. Serve if you wish with fat free guacamole, fat free sour cream, soy cheddar cheese and chopped green onions for a yummy dinner. Serves 8 in 1/2 cup portions.
