Slow Cooker Lamb Shoulder

Ingredients
Lamb shoulder, half, fat removed250ml lamb stock2 cloves garlic75ml red wine30g redcurrant jelly
Directions
Place the lamb joint in the slow cooker. Pour over the stock and wine. Stir in the redcurrant jelly. Season with pepper if desired (no salt needed due to the stock). Cook for 7-8 hours on low.
