Cinnamon Roasted Pecans

Ingredients
1 lb. Pecan Halves4 T Butter, melted1/2 t Rum Extract3/4 C Splenda2 T Cinnamon
Directions
Melt butter and add rum extract. Pour butter over pecans and mix well, until pecans are coated. In a separate dish, mix Splenda and cinnamon together. Add pecans and toss until pecans are coated. Spread pecans onto a baking tray. Bake at 275* for 25 minutes. Toss pecans again, then return to the oven for another 20 minutes. Cool then eat.

Great with ice cream and caramel topping!
