Ingredients
1 large rutabaga1 large sweet potato1 butternut squash1 medium onion3 large carrots1 pint light cream10 small ginger snap cookies
Directions
place all vegetables in slow cooker, cover with water and cook until vegetables are soft. Drain off water, mash the vegetables, and add cream and ginger snaps, and let cook on low in slow cooker for another 45 minutes.
