Zucchini Bread

Ingredients
White Flour, Whole Wheat Flour, Salt, Cinnamon, Ginger, Allspice, Nutmeg, Baking Soda, Butter (melted), Honey, Eggs, Vanilla, Zucchini (grated)
Directions
Combine dry ingredients, combine wet ingredients. Grate zucchini. If frozen, drain. Alternate adding zucchini and dry ingredients to wet ingredients until mixed.
Pour into greased 9 x 13 inch pan.
Bake at 350〮〮° for 30 to 50 minutes. Nuts optional.
