Wholewheat Banana Cake

Ingredients
125gms unsalted butter3/4 cup packed brown sugar2 medium eggs1 cup mashed ripe bananas1 tsp vanilla extract2 1/4 cup wholewheat flour1 tsp baking powder1/4 tsp baking soda1/2 cup water
Directions
makes 20 portions.
Pre heat oven to 180'C. Lightly grease a 23 -cm square cake tin and line the base with non-stick baking paper.
Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, beat well after each addition.
Add banana and vanilla extract, and beat well.
Sift flour, baking powder and baking soda, add to creamed mixture with water.
Pour into prepared tin.
Bake until a skewer comes out clean when pushed into center of cake. Turn out on to a cake rake to cool.
