Crock Potroast

Ingredients
Beef chuck, arm pot roast, 4 lbBaked Potato (baked potatoes), 4 potato (2-1/3" x 4-3/4")Carrots, cooked, 6 carrotMushrooms, cooked, 1.25 cup pieces1/2 cup of water or stock
Directions
Peel and chop the potatoes and carrots. Place an even layer of carrots in the bottom of the crockpot. Salt and pepper the roast and then brown the roast on all sides in a skillet. Transfer the roast to the crockpot and then add the potatoes around the roast. Cook for 8 hours on low and add the mushrooms after about 7 hours of cooking.
