Simple truth organic black beans 15 oz 425 gm, half canArnold Dutch Country Premium Potato Bread, 2 slices Egg, fresh, whole, raw, 1 large Parmesan Cheese, grated, 3 tbsp Carrots, raw, .5 medium French Fried Onion Rings (French's canned), 2 tbsp Old Bay Seasoning, .25 tsp Onions, dehydrated flakes, 1 tbsp Onions, raw, 1 tbsp chopped 2 tablespoons mashed potatoesCanola Oil, 2 1tbsp
Grate carrots and raw onion
Pulse bread, eggs, parmesan cheese and beans in food processor
Add mashed potatoes, onion flakes, french fried onions and Old Bay seasoning and mix gently by hand
Form 4 patties and fry in oil
Microwave for 40 seconds
Let rest before using as meat substitute or entree. They will firm up and have more meatlike texture
Serving Size: makes 4 patties
