1 cup coconut, shredded1 cup rolled oats1 cup sunflower seeds1/2 cup sesame seeds1/2 cup pumpkin seeds3/4 cup Nestles milo1/2 cup liquid honey1/4 cup brown sugar125gm unsalted butter
makes 24 portions.
Preheat oven 180'C, line a 27cm-18cm baking tray with non-stick baking paper.
Combine coconut, rolled oats, seeds and milo in a bowl.
Place honey, sugar and butter in a small saucepan. Bring to the boil, stirring. Simmer for 5 minutes, stirring. Add to the dry ingredients, mix well.
Press the mixture evenly into the baking tin. bake in preheated oven for 18-20 minutes until the golden brown.
cool and cut into bars. store in an airtight container.
