Pork fried rice made with brown rice

Ingredients
1 onion, chopped4 pork chops, diced2 Tbsps. canola oil3 tbsp. soy sauce2 eggs 4 c. cooked and cooled, brown rice
Directions
In a large wok, or skillet add canola oil and chopped onions and pork chops. When cooked add 2 eggs and scramble. Add rice and soy sauce when eggs have cooked completely. Heat rice and let flavors mix.
