Crockpot Curry Chicken

6 bonless skinless chicken breasts4 potatoes4 carrots4 celery stalks1 jar of pataks tandoori curry paste1 tbsp light sour cream1 handfull of spinach
Cut chicken into bite sized cubes and brown.
Cut potatoes, carrots and celery and put into crockpot.
Add browned chicken.
Add pataks curry paste and light sour cream.
Mix together
Cook on med/high for six hours.
Add handful of spinach about 10 minutes before serving.
Serving Size: makes 7 to 8 servings
