Kens Turkey Meatloaf

Ingredients
2 pounds ground turkey4 ounces chopped bacon1 onion diced2 stalks celery diced1/2 cup cooked sweet potato1/2 cup roasted cauliflower chopped small1/4 cup roasted almonds chopped1 egg1 tbsp herbs (I like Herb de Provence)1 tsp seasoning salt (or other)
Directions
Chop bacon and fry crispy
Drain oil
In same pan, fry onions and celelry until translucent
Set aside to cool
In large bowl mix all remaining ingredients
Add bacon when cooled
Bake in loaf pans 350 for about an hour
