1 cup frozen green grapes2 kiwis with the skin2-3 chunks fresh pineapple1 cup fresh organic spinach4-6 baby carrots1/2 yellow bell pepper1/4 medium avocado1 scoop SunWarrior vegan protein powder1 tbsp each of Chia Seeds, Flaxseed and Hemp Hearts12 fl oz water
Directions
Use a high powered blender like Blendtec or Vitamix for best results :)

Serving Size: Makes 1 quart (I drink the whole thing as a meal replacement)
