Ingredients

Dough235-265ml water3 tbls Olive oil1 tsp salt1-2 tsp garlic cloves, crushed1 1/2 tsp dried Rosemary3 cups Bread Flour (try using wholemeal)1.25 tsp dry yeast Topping1 1/2 tbls Olive oil1/2 cup Sun dried tomatoes, chopped1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
Mix dough ingredients on Dough setting in bread machine or mix by hand.
Remove dough
Press dough into a greased slice tin pan
Cover and let rise for 30 min. or until doubles in size
Make indentations in the dough, about 25mm apart
Brush the dough with 1 1/2 tbls of olive oil, sprinkle with tomatoes and parmesan cheese (can try olives too)
Preheat oven to 205C (400F)
Bake 15-20 min. or until edges are golden brown
Let cool and cut into square pieces to serve.
