Batter:2 C Heart Smart Bisquick (mix only)1 Egg, fresh1 C Milk, 1%Topping:1 C Brown Sugar1 C Heart Smart Bisquick 1/4 C Butter, saltedGlaze:Powdered Sugar, 1 cup, unsifted (remove)Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp (remove)Water, tap, 1 fl oz (remove)
Grease an 8" roung pan (cut a round piece of parchment paper to line the bottom of the pan). Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Combine 2 cups only of the Bisquick, egg and milk. Pour into pan.
Combine 1 cup bisquick, brown sugar, cinnamon and butter. Mix with fork to get a crumbled consistancy. Cover the batter with the topping.
Bake on 375 for 20 minutes. Flip the coffee cake on to a plate, remove parchment paper and flip back on another so the topping is on top.
Combine powdered sugar, 1 tsp vanilla and slowly add water a little at a time until you reach a nice consistency glaze. Using a spoon, drizzle glaze all over cake.
