Chili Skirt Steak

Ingredients
2 tsp chili powder1 tsp garlic powder1 tsp cumin1/2 tsp onion powder1 1/4 lbs skirt steak1 tbsp. EVOO1 lime cut into wedges
Directions
In bowl, mix spices with 1 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp pepper. Rub steak with EVOO, then coat with spices. In grill pan cook over high until medium-rare, 4 minutes per side. Let rest 10 minutes. Slice and serve with lime wedges.
