Apple Cranberry Walnut Salad

Ingredients
6 cups baby spinach1 med. gala apple, cored and chopped into 1 inch chunks1 med. Granny Smith apple, cored & chopped 1" chunks1 cup walnuts, roughly chopped1/3 cup crumbled feta cheese1/3 cup dried cranraisinsDressing1 cup apple juice4 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar2 Tbsp. honey1/4 tsp. salt1/4 tsp. ground black pepper1/4 cup extra light olive oil
Directions
Core and chop apples (thin slices or 1 inch chunks). Toss lettuce, apples, walnuts, feta, and cranberries together in a large bowl.
Whisk together all dressing ingredients. Toss with salad immediately before serving. Enjoy!
