Turkey Corn Chowder

Ingredients
olive oil, 1 tspTurkey (light meat), 2 cup, chopped or dicedCelery, raw, 1 stalk, large, choppedGarlic, 1 clove, dicedDiced Green Chili Peppers, canned, 4 ozBroth, chicken, fat free, 3 cupsSweet Corn, Fresh, 1.25 cup*Flour, white, .25 cup Milk, nonfat, 2 cupVelveeta Sharp Cheddar Cheese Slices, 2 slicedgreen onion, one stalk, bulb chopped separate from green partPepper, red or cayenne, .25 tspsalt & pepper to taste
Directions
Heat olive oil in bottom of soup or stock pan. Cook onion, celery and garlic about 5 minutes. Add green chilis and cook another minute. Stir in broth and corn, bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.

Separately, stir together milk and flour. Whisk into the soup, along with salt and pepper.

Stir in turkey, cheese slices & cayenne pepper and heat until cheese melts.
