1 c. Unsweetened Applesause3 oz. Plain, non-fat Greek Yogurt1 c. of Unsweetened Vanilla Coconut Milk (you can use Unsweetened Almond Vanilla also...)2 Tbls. Baking Powder3 Cups of Plain Oatmeal2 Tsp. of Vanilla Extract3 Tsp. of Cinnamon1 Tsp. of Salt1 Small Apple, DicedOptional Glaze:3/4 c. Splenda1/4 tsp. Vanilla Extract2 TBLS. NF/Unsweetened Vanilla Coconut Milk or Almond Milk...Mix and put on muffins after baking...
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 350. Add all ingredients in large bowl, mix. Spray muffin tins with Pam. Bake 20 Minutes. Let stand for 10 minutes...
**OPTIONAL - Glaze (Yummy...and adds 20 extra calories to entire recipe) See mixture in my intro...or make your own if you want a more "cinnamon roll" flavor...

Serving Size: 10 Large Muffins...Mini Muffins would be even better...
