Ingredients
6 small persian cucumbers8 oz greek yougurt1/4 cup sour creamjuice from 1 lemon2 garlic cloves minced1/2 teaspoon of salt3 tablespoons chopped fresh mint
Directions
Peel cucumbers and chop coarsely. Sprinkle with salt and let rest for 30 minutes. Drain excess water and then pulse in food processor. Add remaining ingredients and refrigerate.
