Kid Friendly Chili

Ingredients
1.3 lbs lean ground beef1 teaspoon oil1 medium onion, minced1 bell pepper, diced fine1 garlic clove, minced1 can chickpeas, drained1 14 oz can diced tomatoes2 Tbsp tomato paste1 cup water1/4 cup low sodium chicken broth1 teaspoon cumin1/2 teaspoon chili powder1/2 teaspoon paprika1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
Directions
1. Saute onions until soft, add minced garlic, and ground beef. Saute until beef is not pink.
2. Add bell pepper, chickpeas, tomatoes, water, tomato paste, chicken broth, and spices
3. Bring to a boil and then simmer for 45 minutes
