Ingredients
1 lb ground pork1 medium onion, finely chopped3 cloves garlic1 cup milk1/2 cup bread crumbs1/4 tsp pepper1/2 tsp salt1/2 tsp nutmeg1/2 tsp cinnamon1/2 tsp ground cloves1/2 tsp ginger
Directions
Put all ingredients except bread crumbs in pot and simmer 40-60 minutes. Remove excess liquid. Add bread crumbs. Portion out into 3 tupperware containers. Freeze two and refrigerate 1.
