Low Fat Cheesecake Bites

1 cup light cottage cheese3 tbsp Splenda baking sweetner1 tbsp lemon juice1 tsp lemon zest1/2 tsp vanilla6 graham wafers, broken into 4 pieces eachwhole small berries, or sliced strawberries for garnish (blueberries, blackberries, raspberries)
1. Add all the ingrediants, except for graham wafers or berries into a food processor.
2. Puree on high for approx. 30 seconds. Scrape down the sides and process on high for another 30 to 1 minute, or until mixture is smooth.
3. Chill in the refridgerator for 2 hrs or more to firm up the mixture.
4. top each of the wafer pieces with 2 tsp. of the cheese mixture and a small berry or strawberry slice.
