Blackberry Tofu Smoothie

Ingredients
1 cup light vanilla soymilk1/4 of a 1 pound package of silken tofu1 cup unsweetened frozen blackberries1/2 teaspoon cinnamon1/4 teaspoon nutmeg1/2 cup apple juice
Directions
Dump everything into a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a large glass and enjoy. You could divide this into two servings if you wanted but I didn't.
