Chicken Parmagian

Ingredients
Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast Tenderloins (I prefer them because they are small and cook faster)Prego Heart Smart TraditionalPart Skim Shredded MozzarellaBread crumbsWhole Wheat SpagettiParmesan Cheese (grated)Flat Leaf Parsley
Directions
Mix 1/2 cup grated parmesan into the plain bread crumbs

Rinse chicken tenderloin in water dip in bread/cheese mixture
Spray bottom of baking dish with pam
put chicken in a single layer
bake according to package directions ((I use tyson boneless, skinless chicken tenderloins)
While that is baking make spagetti according to package directions and heat of prego.
Last two minutes sprinkle 1tbl of prego over each chicken and sprinkle with a little shredded mozzerella
Serve with a side of spagetti and prego!

    There is enough calories and fat in this recipe, that you might as well have the real thing , and there is way too much sodium. No one should be eating that much sodium at one meal. the reccomended % at one meal should not exceed 360mg. Too much salt causes high Blood Pressure, Strokes,Heart Probs. - 7/15/08

    Although I did not make this recipe, I think some healthier, low-fat substitutes can be made to reduce the fat grams per serving. For example, fat-free mozz cheese and reduced fat parm cheese. And maybe a different sauce. - 5/13/08
