Pasta sauce with peas

Ingredients
2 tbsp olive oil1 can crushed tomatoes1 can diced tomatoes1 package frozen chopped onions3 cloves of garlic, minced1 jar carrot baby food (no additives)1/2 package frozen petite peas (no sauce)SaltPepperPaprikaGarlic powder (not garlic salt)
Directions
Heat olive oil in heavy-bottomed skillet. Add onions and garlic and sautee until golden.

Add the two cans of tomatoes (undrained) and the jar of carrot baby food. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder and paprika.

Simmer for 10 minutes. Add the frozen peas, simmer until peas are warmed through.

Serve with whole wheat pasta.
