Ingredients
Pumpkin-Libby's 100% Pure Pumpkin 3 1/2 cupsVanilla extract, imitation, alcohol, 1 tbspCoconut extract, 1 tbspNutmeg, ground, 1 tspCinnamon, ground, 2 tspCloves, ground, 1 tspEgg, fresh, whole, raw, 2 largeRedi-Whip Whipped Cream, 4 tbspRedi-Whip Whipped Cream 6 tbsp for atop the servings.
Directions
Mix all ingredients well. Pour into silicon scone baking cups or scone pan (or cupcake cups and a cupcake pan). Bake for 15 minutes @ 425.

Serve with a small portion of whipped cream on each serving.
