Wheat Free Low Carb Green Bean Casserole

Ingredients
1 Can Mushrooms Stems & Pieces (4oz)1/4c Heavy Whipping Cream3/4c Half & Half1 14/15oz can French Cut Green Beans1.5 tbsp Corn Starch1tbsp Unsalted Butter/OilFried Onions for toppingSeasonings:garlic powder, onion powder, &/or garlic pepper seasoning
Directions
-Heat oven to 350 F.

-Saute mushrooms in butter.
-Add seasonings, stir, and add the corn starch or choice of of thickener. If flour, stir for a minute or two.
-Add half & half and cream
-Simmer for one minute
-Mix with beans and put in casserole dish.
-Bake for 30m
-Spread the fried onions on top, and cook for 5 more minutes or until topping begins to brown.
