Breaded/Baked Porkchops

Ingredients
6 oz center-cut porkchop2 tbsp breadcrumbssalt & black pepper to taste
Directions
trim excess fat from porkchop
season with salt & pepper to taste
on a plate or in a bag put breadcrumbs add porkchop and toss until coated with crumbs
place on non-stick pan and bake in oven 425F for 30 minutes
