1/2 cup Libby's 100% pure pumpkin puree1/2 cup LACTAID 1% milk1/8 cup Craisins (infused with blueberry)1/8 tsp. HERSHEY'S special dark cocoa powder1/4 tsp. ground ginger1/4 tsp. nutmeg1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon5 whole ice cubes
Put the Pumpkin, Lactaid, Craisins, and ice in blender. blend on low till thick consistency. add spices, and blend on low again for a few seconds. pour into glass and garnish with a dash of chocolate powder. ENJOY!
