Pumpkin Pie WB

Ingredients
1/2 cup chopped walnuts1.5 cups flour3 tablespoons brown sugar1/4 teaspoon salt5 tablespoons cold butter, cut into pieces3 tablespoons ice cold vodka15 ounces pumpkin2 eggs1 can (12 ounces) evaporated milk3/4 cup sugar1/2 teaspoon salt1 teaspoon cinnamon1/2 teaspoon ginger1/4 teaspoon cloves
Directions
Pulse walnuts in blender or food processor, add flour, brown sugar and salt, pulse again 5 times. Add butter (cold and cut into pieces) and pulse 6 times or until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. With processor on, slowly add vodka through chute, just until combined (do not form a ball). Turn dough onto flour surface and knead 3 to 4 times. Divide dough into equal balls, refrigerate for 30 minutes. When ready, preheat oven to 425, then follow Libby's pumpkin pie directions on can. Pour into crust, and bake as directed.
