Ingredients
Directions
1 can of Pillsbury Original Crescent Rolls6 oz John Soules Chicken (or beef) Fajita Meat1 cup shredded American cheese1/2 cup onions - optional1/2 cup green bell peppers - optional
*Preheat oven to 375.
*Begin cooking your fajita meat with onions and peppers. While cooking, prepare the crescent rolls.
*It is easiest to use a large round cookie sheet for this meal. For easy clean up, I cover the cookie sheet with foil and lightly spray it with PAM.
*Unroll the crescents into triangles and place them in a circle with the corners touching. The smaller end of the triangle should be inside the circle with the longest point facing outward. Refer to the picture for a better demonstration.
*Once your meat is finished, begin placing around the crescent rolls.
*Cover with cheese.
*Roll the tops of the crescent rolls over and and to the left or right, tucking them underneath a bit. Go in the same direction all the way around your circle. When you are done, it should look like a wreath.
*Bake for about 15 minutes or until the crescents are golden brown.
Yields 8 servings.
