Turkey Burgers and Potatoes

Ingredients
2 Potatoes Salt and pepper to taste Onion, sliced2 Turkey BurgersFajita seasoning Nettle LeafParsley
Directions
Spray baking dish with cooking spray. Put layer of potatoes, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Repeat with remainder potatoes. Slice onion and sprinkle over potatoes. Season burgers with fajita seasoning, nettle leaf, olive oil, parsley and place on top of potatoes. Place some onion on top of burgers. Bake until done.
Bake approximately 45-60 minutes.
