Gluten free crepes

Ingredients
*All-Purpose Flour, Gluten-Free - Bob's Red Mill's, 1 cup *Rice Dream Original rice milk, 1 cup Egg, fresh, whole, raw, 1 large
Directions
Whisk ingredients. Pour small amounts and spread across frying pan by tipping gently in all directions. Let cook over medium low heat, until edges begin to lift, flip and let cook for another 30sec, and done!
