Grandma's Glorified Squash

Ingredients
Zuccini (10-12 depending on size)Garlic SaltOnion PowderBlack PepperShreded CheeseLay's Potato Chips (crushed...always fun thing for kids to do!)Melted Butter to brown the top
Directions
Cut the zuccini into 1" pieces and boil, adding the garlic salt, onion powder and black pepper to taste. After tender, drain really good. Mash up. Pour into a casserole dish. Then top with cheese. Then top with crushed chips. LIghtly drizzle butter across top. Cover with foil and bake at 350 for 30ish mins...remove foil so the top gets golden for another 5-10 mins.
