Apple Raisin Stuffing

Bread, white (white bread), 1 cup, crumbs (remove) Red Onion Raw (1/4 cup, 40g or 1.4oz), 1 cup (remove) Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced (remove) Butter, unsalted, 5 tbsp (remove) Apples, fresh with skin, 4 medium (2-3/4" dia) (approx 3 per l (remove) Raisins, .5 cup (not packed) (remove) Cranberries, dried, sweetened (craisins), 0.33 cup (remove) *Italian Parsley, 0.25 cup (remove) Dill weed, fresh, 3 sprigs (remove)
Saute onions in butter til soft. Add celery, till soft. Add bread and stir til combined. Add apples - stir. Add raisins and cranberries and stir. Add parsley and dill. Stir together and let cook in low heat for a while.
