Matzo Ball Soup

Ingredients
1 Envelope Matzo Soup Mix1 Envelope Matzo Ball Mix2 Eggs2 Tbsp. Canola Oil2 1/2 Quarts Water
Directions
In a small bowl, blend 2 eggs & 2 tbsp. canola oil . Add packet of Matzo ball mix & stir until evenly mixed. Place bowl in refrigerator for 15 minutes.

Add soup mix packet to 2 1/2 quarts water & bring to a boil in a 4 quart pot.

Wet hands & form batter into balls approximately 1 inch in diameter. Drop into boiling water; cover tightly; reduce heat & simmer for 20 minutes.
