Amazing Wheat Free Flour Free Bread using Peanut Butter

Ingredients
(conversions)Double Recipe:2 cup (16 oz)(454g rounded) smooth peanut butter6 eggs2 Tablespoon white vinegar1 teaspoon baking sodaSingle Loaf Recipe:(Will not fill/rise to top of loaf pan)1 cup (8oz) natural peanut butter, smooth3 eggs1 Tablespoon white vinegar1/2 teaspoon baking soda
Directions
-Blend peanut butter and eggs until smooth.
-Add in remaining ingredients and mix well.

Bake:
-Cut a piece of parchment paper to fit the bottom of your loaf pan, and grease the inside edges of the pan with butter.
-Pour in batter
-Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
-Let cool before slicing.

OR

Bread Machine:
-Mix ingredients as instructed above and pour into bread machine.
-Use "Quick Bread" cycle
-Take out of machine and let set 5-10m before removing from pan.

This was an 1.5hr cycle on my machine and it came out delicious.

**Middle will be moist thru set/cooling period.
